She is currently preparing region-wide Section 2081(b) Incidental Take Permits (ITPs) for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife as well as Section 10 Habitat Conservation Plans to obtain ITPs from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.\n\nMiranda Villalobos is a Principal Biologist at VEC specializing in biological resources regulatory compliance under CEQA and NEPA.
