Webinar: State of the Practice: CEQA Greenhouse Gas Analyses

Learn how recent legislative actions, the 2022 Scoping Plan, and recent court case-law have changed legally defensible GHG Thresholds in CEQA. The webinar will introduce you to new quantitative thresholds and best management practices for residential, commercial, and industrial land uses being used to evaluate development projects in CEQA. There will be an overview of an overview of the California Restaurant Association v. City of Berkeley electrification case and the ramifications that case will have on electrification as a mitigation for CEQA Projects and reduction measure in Climate Action Plans (CAPs). The presentation will also provide a summary of recommended Reduction Targets in climate CAPS.
