Our state is vast and so is the reach of AEP. That’s why we are announcing our second meetup series: Rural Connex. After launching our Early Career Meetups in March, we wanted to create another virtual session where members can connect, share, and help solve the challenges they meet in their day-to-day work. This meetup is for members who share the commonality of living and/or working in the non-urban regions and counties of California. Each monthly session consists of unstructured time to bring our different backgrounds and experiences to this same point we share in common: the issues and nuances of the rural corners of our field as environmental professionals. Of course, this meetup is open to any member (but you must be a current member to register).
CAEP: Early Career Meetup Early Career Meetup
Tuesday, January 13th | Noon - 1pm PST
Join us for our next AEP Early Career Meetup! This monthly virtual session is designed for current AEP members who are new college graduates, just starting out their first role as an environmental professional, or making a career switch into the field later in life. And if that isn't you, we invite you to join anyway — this meetup is open to all AEP members! Our goal is to facilitate connections, learning, and collaborative support across our organization. There's no need to prepare or bring anything along: just come as you are and be part of the conversation.
