AEP Webinar: CEQA Updates with OPR

On January 24, 2019, Jeannie Lee and Chris Ganson from the California Office of Planning and Research will joined us to provide an overview of the CEQA Guidelines update that completed the rulemaking process on December 28^th, 2018. As most CEQA practitioners have been following these proposed updates for the past several years, this webinar focused on the changes made to the proposal over the last 6 months of the rulemaking process and provide a refresher on the most substantial of the guideline updates. The webinar also covered the updates to the SB743 technical advisory which were also released in December 2018.
