About Our Speakers:
Justinne Adarna is a Wildlife Biologist and Permitting Specialist at Amigo Environmental, LLC. Justinne specializes in biological resource surveys and reports, regulatory permitting, and CEQA document preparation. She is currently preparing region-wide Section 2081(b) Incidental Take Permits (ITPs) for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife as well as Section 10 Habitat Conservation Plans to obtain ITPs from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Miranda Villalobos is a Principal Biologist at VEC specializing in biological resources regulatory compliance under CEQA and NEPA. She helps project teams identify biological constraints and potential permitting needs early in the planning process to support efficient environmental review and streamlined regulatory permitting.
